Najma Flower and Energy Essences

While teaching in Beirut, Lebanon, I fell in love with the country and its people, and decided to move there in 2005 to practise.  I stayed in Beirut for 7 years in total and while there I started making my own range of flower essences from local Lebanese wild flowers and also in ancient temples and shrines – Najma Flower and Energy Essences - which I then taught courses and workshops on for a few years.

Najma Flower and Energy Essences are available in the UK through Windy Hill Essences.

Bach Flower Remedies

I have used Bach Flower remedies alongside homeopathic remedies since I first started practising, and nowadays I also use my own range, as well as Californian and Australian Bush Flower Essences – though only if a patient is interested in them.

Healing

I am also a registered Healer, and although I don’t use healing in homeopathy appointments I am happy to recommend local healers.

Nutrition

Many years ago I studied Nutrition with a Brighton nutritional therapist called Kathryn Alexander, and I might suggest supplements or consulting  a nutritionist to support my homeopathic remedies.

Natural Soaps

I also make fabulous natural soap, full of aromatherapy oils and flower essences, which can be purchased from me directly at my home or at various craft fairs around Sussex.
